Listed projects describe another one of GP Gradings' specialized activities, in the field of 'elite' architecture, which besides the execution of structural works implies also the execution of all finishing and interior works with coordination of all the participants in the constructing process and also the high quality achievement.
 
 

Project: MAIN POSTAL CENTER NIS

INVESTOR:  JP PTT SAOBRAĆAJA-SERBIA

PLC (GPC) Nis is located in an industrial area, on the edge of the urban residential zone of Nis, in Dimitrija Tucovića bb st., and makes it a land area of 0.52 ha, elongated shape. The terrain is gently rolling with elevations to 199 m.
The location borders in the north and east by the main railway station Niš (from the north of the platforms and tracks, and from the east by building), the South Dimitrija Tucovića bb st, and to the west by the business - technical facilities (warehouse) of other companies.
The site is located about 2 km from the heart of the city center of Nis, a 5 km to the highway E 75 Subotica - Nis - Belgrade.

Scope of works: turnkey project

Designed object is located on the building plot GP 4, which is in the south- western part of the complex. Type of the building is business- residential, with the underground garage. It consists of three Sections with the same number of floors.

According to design, on the ground floor level are the entrances, access to the elevator and stairs. From garages exists a direct connection by the elevator and stairs with all the apartments on the floors

Residential building in 19 Lamartinova Street is located in the very center of the Municipality of Vračar, behind St. Sava Church, and represents the exclusivity, for both business and residential units.
