This project was a challenge for the entire construction engineering industry of Serbia.
Works on PCO Tempo in Čačak were executed during 2008. Building's construction is made of reinforced concrete casted in situ. Reinforced concrete columns dimensions 50x50 were made by using formwork system type Doka Frami, and for the slabs we were using formwork system Dokaflex 1-2-4.
Thanks to good organization, working in two shifts and the proper formwork sheme, the works on the construction were terminated even before dead-line. Finishing works, as well as the electrical works, were performed in accordance with the specific requirementss of technology of the building.
Named building represents the synthesis of all the activities and facilities operated by Grading: architectural designing and the performance of all the finishing works, engineering for the installation works, designing and furnishing of the interior in “turnkey” option.
Brief description of work to be performed: construction work to build channels for installation of new production lines in the fabric FIAT SERBIA. In Kragujevac
Buildings for pig-fattening in Stara Pazova were built in the early seventies. They are situated on a location provided for agricultural activities close to the city.

The external appearance of buildings is in compliance with the ambiental whole of macro-environment. According to design, on the ground floor level are the entrances, access to the elevator and stairs. From garages exists a direct connection by the elevator and stairs with all the apartments on the floors

The reinforced concrete building structure of the Department store Deva in Krusevac was damaged by fire and after two previous unsuccessful attempts of building reconstruction, the Investor assigned the work to Grading in 2006. The construction reparatory works and building reconstruction design was made by design firm Centoprojekt from Belgrade.
Reparation of the reinforced concrete floor slabs was done by using the external carbon fiber technology. After reconstruction, the building got 1200m2 of warehouse space and approximately 2500m2 of sales area, with total of 10 stores and Maxi discount store at ground level and Tehnomarket store on the floor.
